Main Beam Selection:

Common beam structure:
1. The circular tube shape has high torsional stiffness, but because the height of the longitudinal beam interface is large, in order to transfer the load from the entire interface to the longitudinal beam, many connecting plates must be repaired, so the weight of the frame is increased and the cost is high. In addition, the process is complicated. In addition, when the torsion is serious, the stress at the connecting plate is large. Therefore, the round pipe beam is generally arranged only at the two ends of the frame longitudinal beam, close to the lower wing plate, to enhance the overall torsional stiffness of the frame.
