new, material is high strength steel suitable for loading gravel, stone, brick, sand etc.
We use 7 days refurbished used HOWO tipper truck, and before shipment will do all kind of test, such as
drive test, lamp test, lifting test etc. The inspection report will send to our customers also, and accept all
