SINOTRUK HOWO NX 12 Cubic Meter Concrete Mixer Truck For Papua New Guinea

A Papua New Guinea customer contacted us through our official website, saying he had undertaken an infrastructure project and needed a SINOTRUK HOWO NX Concrete Mixer Truck to transport precast concrete from the city to the suburbs because he didn't have enough trucks. Based on the road conditions his truck was operating on, we customized a configuration for him and finally he placed an order with us.

After communicating with the client, we learned that the truck needed to prepare concrete in urban areas and then transport it to the suburbs for pouring work. The journey was long and the road conditions were quite rough. Therefore, we chose the NX series truck for him. Its cab is more comfortable, reducing driver fatigue on bumpy roads. It is equipped with heavy-duty high-ratio axles, maintaining sufficient torque even when climbing long hills. Additionally, the lightweight frame reduces total weight, making the truck easier to maneuver during frequent starts and stops.

Although the 12-liter effective volume mixing drum can be carried by a 10-wheel truck, we chose an 8x4 chassis for our customer instead of a 6x4. This is because an 8x4 chassis provides better balance, making the truck less prone to tipping over, and also offers a larger contact patch to distribute pressure more evenly, reducing the likelihood of the wheels getting stuck in muddy conditions.

Based on the local high temperature and humidity environment, we upgraded the cooling system of the mixer truck's mixing system to ensure optimal operation even under heavy loads. Secondly, to facilitate cleaning of the mixing drum, we equipped it with a pneumatic gearbox, which, when used with a water tank, sprays high-pressure water from a pre-designated outlet for basic internal rinsing. This makes it easier for customers to maintain their trucks.
