HOWO 371HP 10 Wheeler Dump Truck For Libya

Two months ago, a Libyan client contacted us, saying they needed a HOWO 6X4 371HP Tipper Truck for an oil extraction project to transport waste generated during extraction, such as sand, gravel, drilling cuttings, or mud. Based on the client's application scenario, we customized a suitable configuration and manufactured this excellent truck.

The client's oil field needs to drill new wellheads, requiring site leveling and the construction of related equipment. This process generates a large amount of earthwork and construction waste. However, during the evaluation phase, the client determined that the current number of trucks was insufficient and therefore planned to purchase several more dump trucks to increase work efficiency.

The truck's front-lift design enhances practicality in mining environments, allowing for the lifting of heavy aggregates with less force. The increased lifting angle also facilitates smoother unloading with less residue, particularly when transporting oily mine mud. Combined with a cargo box made of T800 high-strength steel, it remains undeformed even when transporting large rocks, further increasing the truck's versatility.

To adapt to the harsh environment of the mining area, the truck's dump truck bed not only uses high-strength T800 steel, but also features increased density in the longitudinal and transverse beams at the bottom, and reinforced triangular blocks to further enhance the load-bearing capacity of the bed. The truck chassis has been heavily reinforced for heavy-duty operation, with front and rear multi-leaf spring shock absorbers, and uses higher-load-bearing 13R22.5 tires to ensure the truck's reliability.
