How Avoid To The Dump Semi Trailer Rollover When Lifting Cargo Box ?

And due to dump semi trailer with long and high cargo box, need more carefully operation, especially lifting cargo box. Wrong operation could make trailer rollover, so how avoid to the trailer rollover when lifting cargo box ? As follow:

-1. If the road is uneven, offloading cargo, it can easily lead to rollover.

-2. The truck and the semi-trailer need to be at one level 180° and on the same horizontal line. Otherwise if lifting cargo box will easier to rollover, like picture.

-3. When off loading, someone should be nearby to observe, once cargo box rear door was blocked by the much gravel on the ground. The off loading operation should be stopped immediately and the driver should be lifting down the cargo box a little bit. And move the truck forward to leave enough space for off loading again, that make sure the trucks and trailers working without any extra resistance. This is right way to do dumping.

-4. When a lot of gravel upper part of the cargo box, it should immediately down the lifting height. Because when the cargo box is lifted, the center of gravity of the entire truck will shift to the highest point of the cargo box. The much gravel upper part of the cargo box, the truck will easier to rollover.

-5. The cargo box needs to be completely down, then could start to driving.
