Cost Effective SINOTRUK HOWO 8X4 Tipping Truck For Nigeria

A month ago, a Nigerian client contacted us, saying he needed an SINOTRUK HOWO 8x4 50 Tons Dump Truck for short-distance transportation of building materials such as sand and gravel at construction sites. However, he had a limited budget and hoped to meet his needs with less money. After discussions, we customized a configuration for him and ultimately secured the order.

The client told us that this truck should be able to handle a gross vehicle weight of at least 40 to 50 tons and be able to operate in environments with poor road conditions and frequent uphill climbs. Therefore, we chose a 371-horsepower Sinotruk engine for him; its horsepower output is sufficient, it's durable, and inexpensive. For the chassis, we selected a heavy-duty double-layer frame that can handle a 50-ton load.

With a front axle load capacity of 9500KG and a rear axle load capacity of 16000KG, its load-bearing capacity is excellent.Because of the truck's working environment, we specifically chose a relatively high gear ratio for it. Although this may slightly increase fuel consumption, it will make the truck more powerful when climbing hills and improve its passability on poor road conditions.

To save costs, we adopted a classic design for the cargo box of this truck, but we still used laser cutting, robotic automated welding, shot peening, and electrostatic spraying processes. This greatly extends the lifespan of the cargo box, ensuring that customers can do more work for the truck's entire lifespan.
