To make sure the cement tanker truck could runs smoothly, the mixer truck is equipped with the HW19710 gearbox, which have 10 forward and 2 reverse gear.This transmission features an optimized structure and high transmission efficiency. It employs a dual intermediate shaft main gearbox combined with a planetary gearset in the sub gearbox. At a maximum input torque of 1900 Nm, it achieves power splitting where the intermediate shaft and gears bear only half the load, while the main shaft experiences torque without bending moments. This significantly enhances load bearing reliability and gear life. During gear shifts, the planetary mechanism in the auxiliary housing rotates as a unified unit, achieving transmission efficiency approaching 100%. Paired with a 10 speed close ratio gear design, it accommodates engines ranging from 336 to 420 horsepower, ensuring a balanced output of power and fuel economy.
