Advantages of Skeleton Container Trailer and Applications
Skeleton type container transporter is one kind of container transport semi-trailer frame and the other is flat type. The skeleton car is welded by stringers, cross beams and front and rear beams. The longitudinal beams are welded in I-shaped (main dimensions 450, 500) using high quality steel plate 16mn submerged arc. The beam is a welded rectangular section. An integral long beam is provided at the intermediate container locking device to improve the bearing capacity of the container locking device. The difference between the flat type and the skeleton type is that the flat type is added with a frame and a patterned floor. The frame of the wooden series container transport semi-trailer is all shot peened. The entire frame is assembled and welded on a dedicated positioning platform, which has a reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance.
